Specialized Property Management Group, LLC (SPMG) is a Memphis based company focused on the management of Class A Multi-Family Apartment Communities. We base our success on listening to and understanding the needs of our residents, owners, and employees and we acknowledge that these components must be considered in all decisions for a property to operate at its full potential and yield the highest return for our clients. This requires the management company to understand the goals of the ownership group/developer, resident expectations, and professional development of its employees. By operating at this exceptional level, SPMG was named best place to work honoree (small category 21-49 employees) by Memphis Business Journal in 2020.
